What separates me from others is that I actually care about if you get results and meet your goals. I have years of  hands on experience in weight training, fitness exercising and eating healthy.   If there's anything anyone could and would ever say about me is that I have passion in getting you results and meeting your goals.  I will do anything to help you change your life for the better. If you give me 100% we will not FAIL PERIOD!! I pay attention to your weight training, cardio and eating habits (TCE). I focus on your range of motion, control, form and isolation (is key). When doing cardio you have to know how much to do. Too much cardio burns muscle.The more muscle you build the more body fat you burn.  I monitor that to balance out your workout to help maximize the results you're looking for. I don't  and won't, just give you exercises to do. I show you how each exercise is done and tell you why it's done that way.

No two bodies are the same so let your body develop with the potential that it has. This is what I can do for you. I can help you max out your potential so you will achieve your own personal goals. I will teach you how to offset your workouts to get the definition you are looking for. I will tailor a fitness program to fit your personal needs. With the right combination of weight training, fitness training and nutrition your goals will come easy.

My weight training is very detailed and I am dedicated to helping you reach your goals. There are no short cuts in my training; you have to work hard to meet your goals so let's have fun!
